Mr. Tip-Top is a delightful, strapping, stubble-cheeked, late 30's, Korean-American man, partial to leather aprons. Just when you think he has run out of tricks, he lets drop one day that he can also cobble together (in the original, non-pejorative sense of the phrase) whatever shoes you manage to dream up.
