Anyway, KC owns Tip-Top and he not only fixes all shoes, bags, leather things, but he fixes vacuums too.  More importantly, he makes shoes from scratch, from top to bottom.  Out of ostrich.  Yes. I have a pair.
Also - I don't know who would be complaining about price, he's so reasonable because he's not just one thing or the other - he does it all and can afford to be reasonable.  Plus he does excellent work (as does his wife) and he's super nice.
